Smooth Animations with Framer Motion

To make navigation more pleasant and modern, I've integrated Framer Motion, a powerful animation library for React. You'll now notice:

Smooth transitions between pages
Subtle animations on article cards
More elegant hover effects
Smoother loading animations

Here's how the article cards are animated on this blog:
